How we treat each other.

Convive works because of how people behave in the room. These are the standards we hold, for guests, hosts and partners alike.

• Come as a guest, act like a host

  Introduce yourself. Notice the person standing alone and bring them in.

• Respect is not optional

  No harassment, no pressure, no making anyone the punchline. Read the room and back off when someone does.

• Presence over performance

  Put the phone away for most of the night. The point is the people in front of you.

• Look after the space

  Treat venues and homes the way you would want yours treated, and thank the staff.

• Show up or let us know

  Seats are limited and small groups depend on the people who said yes. Cancel early if plans change.

• Tell us if something feels off

  Anyone can raise a concern with a host or with us directly. We take it seriously and we act on it.
