Clean, tidy and ready for guests. The room should feel considered.
Comfortable temperature
Air conditioning kept at a reasonable, comfortable level for a group sitting together.
Volume the host can work with
Music low enough for conversation, or at the level the host asks for.
A section for the group
A defined spacious area or set of tables so the group can settle in without being scattered or cluttered.
Reliability
The reservation is honored, the space is ready on time, and someone knows the group is coming.
