What we collect
When you fill in a form on this site we collect what you choose to share: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, city, organization, website and any message or answers you provide.
How we use it
We use your information to contact you about Convive: invitations to experiences, hosting or partnership conversations, and replies to your questions. If you opt in, we also send occasional updates. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored securely in our database and are accessible only to the Convive team. We keep them for as long as needed to run the community, and we delete them on request.
Photography
Photos from our gatherings are shared with the consent of the people in them. If you appear in a photo and would like it removed, tell us and we will take it down.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, and you can ask us to correct or delete your information. Contact us through the contact page and we will take care of it.
